You’ll be informed of your exam and treatment costs at the beginning of your appointment. Please let us know in advance if you require a breakdown of your costs and we’ll be happy to provide that to you after your appointment.

If you don’t see your insurance provider on the list, get in touch with us. We’ll let you know if we are in-network with your insurance before you come in for your appointment. If we are out-of-network with your insurance, we can still see you and just provide an itemized receipt for your visit.
